Ingredients: Rose Hips, Hyssop, Assam, Ceylon, Kenyan, and Keemun

Earl Grey
Ingredients: Black tea, cornflower petals, and natural bergamot flavoring.

Directions for loose leaf: Place 1 tsp. of tea into a tea Infuser. In a heat safe mug, pour 1 Cup of water approximately 212F (100C) cover and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on desired potency. Some teas may be steeped up to three times. Completely remove tea from water or the second brewed cups will not taste as well. Contains 60-70mg of Caffeine. Add sweetener of your choice (my favorite is raw sugar) drink and enjoy!
