Navigate to your account on https://sellers.b2bsultans.com/ and click on the login button at the upper right corner of the page, login with your credentials and you will be able to view your individual seller dashboard. It lets you manage orders, view history, refunds, processed pay-outs, and all pertinent matters.

15) How do I add inventory?

Log into your seller account on https://sellers.b2bsultans.com/ in the dashboard area you will find products icon under seller store row or in your left pane you will find catalog on the side menu lists. Click on product icon for the dashboard icons or catalog then product link in the left menu. All of your products and its details such as inventory status will be available there .

16) How will I know when I have a sale?

Log into your seller account on https://sellers.b2bsultans.com/ in the dashboard area you will find summary widgets. B2B Sultans Official will also notify you regarding your sales status.

17) How much does it cost to ship items I sell?

The shipping cost varies on the items ordered, along with the source and destination of the delivery. B2B Sultans Official will provide you the cost directly to your account in every order generated by your buyer.

18) What is the Buy Box?

20) How can I close my account?

Navigate to B2B Sultans Official contact us page and click on close your account and then submit the request. You will get email confirmation of your account being closed or reasons why it cannot be closed.
