Delivery Policy
We currently enable manufacturers to sell a wide range of goods to buyers across the globe. For our respective and valued clients the moment you complete your online purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided to us.
- Basic delivery: Orders will be delivered to your address within 2-3 working days (UAE Based Customers).
- Same day delivery (Dubai only): Orders will be delivered to your address within the same day. This service is available every day except Friday.
- if ordered after 6:00 pm of every weekdays it will be delivered on the next day.
Once processed your order will be shipped from our different warehouses globally to your destination, UAE and Middle East Area The delivery time will depend on the zoning capability delivery provider that covers your area.
Cost of delivery
Will depend on the quantity ordered and the destination of ordered items.

Payment will be accepted via Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal) and international credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Tracking your order:
We will email your tracking order status and you can also track your order using the tracking code sent to you by logging into your account into www.b2bultans.com or with our mobile app in Google Play store and Apple Store.
In case you did not receive a tracking email, please check your junk or spam folders and mark ---@b2bsultans.com email address as a safe sender.

Can I decide on the delivery time slot?
You can choose a convenient delivery time with our delivery partner once you are contacted.
What if my order did not arrive?
If your order is not delivered within the time agreed by the delivery partner, kindly email us on info@B2B Sultanstrading.com or contact us on 1-800-B2B Sultans and we will sort it out for you.
Where are orders delivered?
Orders are delivered to your home or business address and no orders are delivered to a PO Box as someone has to be available to receive the order.
What documents are required to receive my order?
You can present confirmation email or a valid ID when picking up your order. A signature is required.
How long can you keep my order for pickup?
We do not cater pick up on store service.
Will I be charged for missing a delivery?
Basically the answer is NO....you will only be charged when there is a refund request of an item bought from us with out valid reason of return.
