RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

1. If you are not satisfied with your product, got the wrong shade or quantity.

2. If you decide to return a product, it must be accompanied with all the original components (packaging).

3. If you lost your receipt, no worries! We can find it using your membership number.

4. Any items purchased directly from us but from other retailers, dealers and resellers are not eligible of return, refund or exchange

5. We reserve to limit product returns if misuse and excessive returns is suspected.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. If the product is purchased online through our website (https://www.b2bsultans.com)

2. Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase by bringing it to any of our stores with its original email order confirmation, packaging slip and original material (packaging).

3. If you can’t find the email with the order confirmation you can simply login and print a copy from your account. You can also access your account details in the app. (app for later, just preparing text)

4. Kindly note that the items shipment charges on the original order will not be refunded.

Shipment charges are only refunded in case package was delivered incorrectly or received as defective merchandise.

5. You will receive your refund in the form of the payment done or made in the form of an in-store credit.


IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED AT OUR END:

Product(s) returned with 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt or verified through our system using your membership account, and will be refunded based on the form of payment done, otherwise the refund can also be made as the form of in-store credit entry on your account with https://www.b2bsultans.com.
